Sweepstakes Supplies, Welcome Sweepers

Winning Ways Sweepstakes Newsletter continues to take money for $30 yearly subscriptions  Mind you now, the last newsletter was published in Jan 2008.  Yet owner of the web site, Susan Donahoe,  still has a Paypal link to accept payments.  The site has not been updated in almost one year now. In fact she just renewed the domain name.The site is neglected. But the publisher keeps the site live and takes money from innocent victims. She does not answer emails. The only recourse is to get a refund from Paypal. I'm not sure if that is an easy task.

Fair warning:Stay away from Winning Ways.
